This is the plain-English version, because that's the only version worth reading.

what we collect

If you book through the chat on this site, we collect your first name, your phone number, the date and time you picked, how long you booked for, and any note you added about what you'd like worked on. That's it. We don't ask for your address, your email, your birthday, or your payment details, and the site doesn't store any of those.

why we collect it

To hold your appointment and to text you a confirmation. Your phone number is used to send that confirmation and, if something changes, to reach you about your appointment. We don't send marketing texts.

how long we keep it

Booking records are deleted automatically after 120 days. We don't keep an archive beyond that.

who else sees it

Your booking details are visible to the staff at the studio, which is the whole point. Behind the scenes, the site relies on a small number of trusted service providers to run the website, store the bookings, power the chat assistant, and send the confirmation text. They only handle what's needed to do those jobs. We don't sell your information, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to advertisers.

the chat assistant

The assistant on this site is automated software, not a person. What you type into it is processed in order to answer you and to make the booking. Please don't type anything into it you wouldn't want written down — and please don't send health details, because the assistant isn't able to advise on them. Talk to your therapist at check-in instead.

cookies

This site doesn't set tracking cookies and doesn't run advertising trackers.

If you'd like your booking record deleted, or you want to know what we have, call us at (480) 560-5586 and we'll take care of it.

changes

If this page changes, the new version simply replaces this one here.
